The View At The Palm

At The Palm Tower Observatory, enjoy 360-degree views of Palm Jumeirah from enclosed and open sections.
The View sits on the 52nd floor of The Palm Tower, and it is the one place you can see Palm Jumeirah as the shape it was designed to be. From ground level the Palm is effectively invisible - just ordinary streets and villas. From up here the whole thing resolves at once: the fronds, the trunk running back to the mainland, the crescent closing it off, and Atlantis at the far end. The observation deck runs a full 360 degrees, so the same visit also gives you the Marina towers, the Burj Al Arab and the coastline stretching away in both directions. There are enclosed and open-air viewing sections separated by a movable glass partition, so you can step out into the air when the weather suits. Half an hour is enough to see it, though most people stay longer around sunset.

The Next Level – 54th Floor + Fast Track: fast-track entry to Level 52 and The Next Level deck on the 54th floor, 250 m up. Entry every hour from 09:00 to 19:00; prime time is 16:00–18:00.

VIP Experience: a personalised guided tour with a View Ambassador, fast-track entry to Levels 52 and 54, and a complimentary mocktail at Lolli. Entry every hour from 12:00 to 19:00 (from 09:00 starting 1 November); prime time is 16:00–18:00.

Arrive 15 minutes before the time on your ticket; entry cannot be guaranteed if you arrive later.

The entrance is The View lobby on the east rooftop of Palm Jumeirah Mall; show your official e-ticket there.

The Palm Monorail stops at Palm Jumeirah Mall station, and there is parking at the mall.

The Level 52 observation deck is reached by lift and is wheelchair accessible. The Next Level deck on the 54th floor has no wheelchair or stroller access and is not suitable for walking aids or loose footwear.

Strollers and shopping bags are not allowed inside and must be left in the lockers provided.

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 21 or over, and children on a child ticket may be asked for ID showing their age.

Allow about 30 minutes, longer around sunset, which is the busiest part of the day.

The open-air section may close in high wind or poor weather; the enclosed deck stays open.

Food, drinks and parking are not included, apart from the VIP Experience mocktail.
