Mall of the Emirates Guided Shopping Tour

A 2-hour guided walk around Mall of the Emirates with an English-speaking guide, starting at the Ski Dubai entrance. Meet the guide at the mall, or add a private car from your Dubai hotel, one way or return.

Mall of the Emirates, on Sheikh Zayed Road in Al Barsha, is one of Dubai’s best-known shopping centres: about 630 shops, restaurants and cafés, VOX Cinemas, the Magic Planet family entertainment centre and Ski Dubai, the indoor ski slope with real snow.

On this 2-hour guided tour, an English-speaking guide meets you at the Ski Dubai entrance and walks you through the mall’s main areas. You will see the Ski Dubai slope through its viewing windows, the luxury brands of the Fashion Dome and the busiest shopping and dining streets, and get tips on finding the shops you want and on tax-free shopping for visitors. Tours start at 11:00 and 17:00, with up to 10 guests in each group.

Choose how you get there. Meet the guide at the mall, or add a private, air-conditioned car for up to 4 guests that picks you up from your hotel in Dubai. The one-way option drops you at the mall; the return option also drives you back to your hotel at the time you choose.

      • The guided tour is in English and lasts about 2 hours. Tours start at 11:00 and 17:00 at the Ski Dubai entrance, with up to 10 guests in each group.
      • Prices are per person on all three options. On the meet-at-the-mall option, please be at the Ski Dubai entrance 10 minutes before the start.
      • Car options: each booking gets its own private car, for up to 4 guests. Pick-up starts about 60 minutes before the tour.
      • Pick-up is from hotels in Dubai. If you are staying in an apartment or a villa, enter the full address when you book.
      • Return option: tell us when you book what time you would like to be collected from the mall. You can ask to change it on the day by WhatsApp.
      • Your guide’s and driver’s names and phone numbers are sent to you by WhatsApp before the tour.
      • Entry to Mall of the Emirates is free. The mall is open 10:00 to 23:00 Monday to Thursday, and 10:00 to midnight Friday to Sunday.
