Chillout Ice Lounge Entrance Ticket

1 hour

Easy

Experience -6°C at Chillout Ice Lounge Dubai with stunning ice sculptures, hot food, and drinks.
Chillout Ice Lounge was the first sub-zero lounge in the Middle East, and the appeal is the contrast: you step out of Dubai's heat into a room held at around minus six degrees, where the walls, the tables, the seating and the sculptures are all carved from ice. Thermal coats, gloves and boots are provided at the door and included in the ticket, so you need bring nothing. Inside, the space is lit in shifting colour through the ice, which is what makes it photograph so well, and a menu of hot soups, sandwiches, hot drinks and desserts is served at the ice bar. It sits in Times Square Center on Sheikh Zayed Road. Visits are capped at around an hour, which is comfortable given the temperature, and it works well as a short, genuinely different stop rather than a half-day. Wear closed shoes and long trousers; children are welcome, with thermal wear provided in smaller sizes.

Please note

The lounge is wheelchair accessible, but the floor is ice and the room is held near minus six degrees. Please tell us when you book if anyone in your party uses a wheelchair, so the venue can prepare.

Thermal coats, gloves and boots are provided at the door and included in the ticket, so no special clothing is needed. Wear closed shoes and long trousers underneath - the lounge is held at around minus six degrees and bare legs get uncomfortable quickly. Visits are capped at around an hour, which is comfortable at that temperature. The venue is in Times Square Center on Sheikh Zayed Road, with parking on site. Hot soups, sandwiches, hot drinks and desserts are served at the ice bar and are charged separately unless your ticket says otherwise. Children are welcome and thermal wear is available in smaller sizes, but the cold is real, so keep visits short with very young children. Not suitable for anyone with a condition aggravated by cold, or for those who are pregnant.
